Smoked Cheese Dip
Smoked Cheese Dip
Ingredients
1 Tbl. butter
1 Tbl. flour
2 cups milk
6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
6 oz. smoked provolone, shredded
6 slices of Pane Turano, cut in half, toasted
Directions
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, then add in flour and stir until combined and lightly browned.
Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring often.
Turn off the heat and let sauce sit 3-4 minutes to cool slightly.
Whisk in shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
Serve with toasted Pane Turano.
