Sourdough French Toast

Sourdough French Toast


10-12 slices San-Francisco Style Sourdough Bread
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
3 eggs
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar


1. Measure flour into a bowl. Add the milk slowly while whisking. Whisk in the salt, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract and sugar until smooth.

2. Heat a buttered frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, start soaking your bread in the mixture on one side and then the other. Do this until soaked.

3. Cook until both sides are golden brown.

4. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup, and fresh fruit if desired.

5. Enjoy!
