Sweet & Smoky Pulled Pork Sandwich
Ingredients
1 package Turano Brioche Sandwich Rolls
4 pound pork shoulder
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
3/4 bottle Lillie's Q Carolina Gold
1/4 bottle Lillie's Q Hot Smoky
1/2 cup water
5 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Directions
Add pork shoulder, paprika, pepper, salt, BBQ sauces, and water to slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Shred pork and mix in any remaining juice.
Whisk mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar, sugar, mustard, and celery seed (add additional mayo for a creamier slaw).
Combine with shredded cabbage, carrots, and onions to make coleslaw.
Toast Turano Brioche Sandwich rolls, and then top with pulled pork, coleslaw, and additional BBQ sauce to taste.
