• Brioche Rolls
• 2 Chicken Breasts
• 2 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Black pepper
• 1 Egg
• 3-4 dashes of hot sauce
• 1 c. flour
• 1 c. bread crumbs
• ½ tsp. salt
• ½ tsp. black pepper
• 4 c. coleslaw mix
• ½ c. mayo
• 1 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp. Honey
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• Oil for frying

Directions
① Preheat your fryer to 350 degrees or turn your stove top on to medium-high heat. Fill fryer/pan halfway with vegetable oil. Cut the chicken breasts in half and season on both sides with salt and pepper.

Take the chicken breast cut and dredge it through the flour and shake off excess. Next place it in the egg wash and then in the breadcrumbs. Place in the hot oil and fry on both sides for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
③ When finished transfer to a cooling rack. In a medium bowl, add the coleslaw, mayo, honey and vinegar. Toss together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
④ Toast the buns and layer the sandwich with fried chicken, pickles, coleslaw and hot sauce to taste.
