Avocado Pesto Chicken Salad Sandwich


• 8 Turano Multi-Grain Bambino Rolls, split and toasted
• 1 lb. chicken breast, cooked, diced
• 1 avocado smashed
• 2 tbl. basil pesto
• 2 tsp. white balsamic vinegar
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Lettuce and sliced tomato, if desired


① In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, avocado, pesto, and vinegar. Stir to combine.
② Layer rolls with chicken salad, top with lettuce and tomato and serve.
