Avocado Pesto Chicken Salad Sandwich

Deep Dish Pizza 5-Layer Dip


1 lb. chicken breast, cooked, diced 1 avocado smashed 2 tbl. basil pesto 2 tsp. white balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper, to taste Lettuce and sliced tomato, if desired 8 Turano Multi-Grain Bambino Rolls, split and toasted


In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, avocado, pesto, and vinegar. Stir to combine. Layer rolls with chicken salad, top with lettuce and tomato and serve.
