Backyard Burger with Giardiniera Mayo

Ingredients
• 4 Turano Sesame Bleacher Burger Buns
• 4 8oz Hamburger Patties
• 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
• ½ cup Mayo
• ¼ cup Vienna Beef Giardiniera (Hot or Mild) drained and finely chopped
• 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
• 12 Vienna Beef pickle chips
• Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
① Heat the grill to medium heat
② Season the burgers generously with salt and pepper
③ Grill the burgers to desired internal temperature (145oF for medium)
④ In a bowl, mix the mayo, chopped giardiniera, and Dijon until combined
⑤ Top each burger with a slice of cheese and allow to melt
⑥ Place the pickle chips on the bottom bun, and top with the burger patty
⑦ Spread the giardiniera mayo on the top bun
