Bacon & Boursin Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

• 4 slices Turano Rustic Italian
• 4 oz Boursin garlic & herb cheese
• 4 slices Fontina cheese
• 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
• 8 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
• Honey (optional)


Directions

① Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
② Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and warm butter in the skillet. Spread a generous layer of Boursin cheese on one side of each slice of bread and place the Boursin-side facing up. Layer Fontina cheese, mozzarella cheese, and crispy bacon crumbles on top. Spread Boursin on the other slice of bread and place it on top of the bacon, Boursin-side down.
③ Grill gently 3–5 minutes per side, pressing lightly, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
④ Slice in half and enjoy immediately to get that perfect cheesy pull.
