Bacon, Egg and Cheese French Toast

Ingredients

Italian Bread (Round)
3 large eggs
¼ cup evaporated milk
2 slices of swiss cheese
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 slices bacon
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Sea salt
Black pepper


Directions

Begin by adding 1 egg, evaporated milk, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar and vanilla extract to a bowl and whisk.

In a separate bowl, add the remaining 2 eggs, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper and whisk together.

Preheat skillet or cooking pan to medium high heat and add butter. Add in the egg and cheese mixture and scramble until cooked.
Add a little more butter to the cooking pan, add 1 slice of swiss cheese and top with the scrambled egg mixture. Then dip the outside of bread into the egg and evaporated milk mixture.

Cook one side for 3 minutes. Add another slice of swiss cheese and bacon slices to the other slice of bread, then dip into the egg and evaporated milk mixture. Flip sandwich together. Cook each side for 3 minutes and serve immediately. Enjoy!
