3-4 strips bacon ¼ cup maple syrup 2 tbl. grain mustard 1 lb. butter, softened
In a large skillet pot, fry bacon until crisp. Once cooked, set aside, retaining leftover bacon fat. Combine bacon (with grease), maple syrup, mustard and butter in the bowl of a food processor. Mixed until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate. Let soften at room temperature 15-20 minutes before serving.
