Baked Broccoli Parmesan Dip
French Toast Sandwich
1 tbs olive oil 1/3 cup of panko bread crumbs 8 oz cream cheese 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 tbsp creole seasoning 1 tbs garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup of milk
Lightly oil a 9” baking dish and place in the middle of oven, preheat to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add panko bread crumbs and cook until browned and toasted, 2-3 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, milk, sour cream, broccoli, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, creole seasoning, onion powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix together until well blended and spread evenly over baking dish. Cover the top with remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is golden brown and bubbling. sprinkle top with panko bread crumbs and serve.
