Bang Bang Chicken Thigh Sandwich

Ingredients
• 2 Turano French Rolls
• 6 chicken thighs
• Salt
• Pepper
• Garlic Powder
• Paprika
• Oregano
• Olive Oil
Cucumber Mixture
• 1 whole cucumber
• 1/2 a quarter of a cabbage
• 1 jalapeño
• Dill
• pink Himalayan salt
• parsley
• chili flakes
• red wine vinegar
• soy sauce
• light mayo
Bang Bang Sauce
• 1/2 cup of avocado mayo
• 1 cup of sweet chili sauce
• 1 tbsp Gochujang
• 1/2 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp granulated garlic
Directions
① Mix chicken thighs in a mixture of salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and olive oil. Let thighs marinate in mixture for at least 30 minutes.
② Sear chicken thighs on medium skillet for 3-5 minutes on each side and air fry for another 15 minutes at 375.
③ While thighs are in the air fryer, make the cucumber mixture by placing all of the ingredients in a bowl or cup and mixing.
④ For the Bang Bang sauce, mix all of the ingredients together.
⑤ Assemble by spreading a generous amount of the bang bang sauce on the inside of the bottom Turano French Roll, add 2-3 chicken thighs, and top with the cucumber mixture. Enjoy!
