BBQ Bacon Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

• 8 Turano Brioche Rolls
• 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
• 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, plus extra for drizzling
• 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 12 slices cheddar cheese
• 3–4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
• 1/4 cup crispy fried onions (optional)
• 1–2 tbsp melted butter for brushing
• 1 tbsp dried minced onion


Directions

① Preheat oven to 375°F.
② In a bowl, mix warm cooked shredded chicken with shredded cheese until the cheese has melted.
③ Place 8 Turano Brioche Rolls on a baking sheet, remove the top halves of the rolls, keeping the tops attached to another.
④ Divide the cheesy shredded chicken evenly among the rolls. Add the crumbled bacon, crispy fried onions, place cheddar cheese slices, and drizzle the bbq sauce, Place the top halves of the rolls over the layered sandwich.
⑤ Lightly brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter for a golden finish and sprinkle with dried minced onion.
⑥ Cover loosely with foil and bake 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sliders are warmed through. Remove the foil and toast for an additional 5 minutes for a golden top.
⑦ Remove from oven and serve with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
