Holiday Turkey and Brie Mini Sandwiches
Ingredients
1 pan of Pane Turano bread
1 lb. turkey breast, sliced thick (about 1/8” thick)
¼ lb. brie cheese, sliced into thin pieces
¼ cup apricot preserves
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*F
Bake Pane Turano bread for 3-4 minutes, until warmed through.
Remove bread from the pan. Slice horizontally across into into two pieces per slice.
Evenly layer the slices, first with turkey, then brie.
Spread the apricot preserves over the slice tops.
Combine the tops and bottoms.
