Birthday Cake Ice Cream Sandwich


• Brioche Roll
• Frying Oil
• Sugar
• Whip Cream
• Sprinkles
• Vanilla Ice Cream
• Mini Wafers
• Pink Ganache


① Fry both sides of the Brioche Roll until toasted on both sides for about 2-3 minutes.
② Next, coat the roll in sugar. The residual heat will help caramelize the sugar.
③ Add whip cream or a smooth frosting at the bottom of the bun. Add sprinkles, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, and mini wafers.
④ Top the ice cream sandwich and add pink ganache to the top! Repeat for other ice cream sandwiches.
⑤ Serve and enjoy!
