½ lb. gyro meat 2 Turano French Rolls, toasted (or Kronos Pita for a traditional gyro sandwich) 1 small tomato, sliced 1 cup lettuce, shredded ¼ cup red onion, sliced 2 tbl. Tzatziki sauce 2 tbl. feta cheese (if desired)
In a medium skillet over medium heat, add gyro meat to fry for 1-2 minutes. Layer meat, lettuce, tomato, onions, Tzatziki and feta on Turano French rolls and serve.
