4 slices prosciutto 2 Turano Soft Sub Rolls, sliced through, toasted 2 tsp. mayonnaise 1 tomato, sliced thick 3 oz. fresh mozzarella 6-8 basil leaves black pepper, to taste 2 tbl. olive oil 2 tbl. red wine vinegar
Preheat oven to 350*F. Spread prosciutto slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake prosciutto 4-5 minutes or until crisp. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the roll. Layer roll with prosciutto, tomato, mozzarella and basil. Drizzle with olive oil, vinegar and black pepper over the top.
