• 1 large Red Onion, sliced
• 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
• 4 Bratwurst
• 4 Turano Gourmet Brat Rolls
• 4 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
• 4 slices Havarti cheese
• 2 Small Boiled Yukon Gold Potatoes
• Pepper, to taste
• 2 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted

① Caramelize onions in heavy bottomed skillet for about 20 minutes.
② Cook bratwurst in the same skillet. Slice into pieces that will fit in your bread.
③ Butter outsides of Gourmet Sandwich Roll. Coat inside of roll with mustard.
④ Stack rolls with cheese, potato slices, cheese, onions, pepper, and other side of the roll.
⑤ Move sandwich to buttered pan. Cook on both sides until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
