Brioche Con Gelato


• 2 Turano Brioche Rolls
• 4 Scoops of gelato of your choice (we used strawberry and pistachio). Store-bought or homemade.
• 1 Cup mixed berries, strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry to pair.
• Honey, optional
• Powdered sugar, optional


① Take the Brioche Rolls and fill them each with two scoops of gelato.
② Before topping the bun, add your favorite ingredients. We drizzled ours with honey.
③ Top the bun and add powdered sugar to the top.
④ Plate and garnish with berries and enjoy!
