Cachorro Quente

Ingredients
4 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced 1/4 yellow or red onion, diced 2 tbl. vinegar 1 tbl. olive oil 1 tbl. chopped parsley salt and pepper to taste 4 Turano Brat & Sausage Rolls ½ cup mashed potatoes (It may sound strange, but it is traditional. Feel free to omit, if desired.) 4 Tbl. mayonnaise 4 hot dogs, steamed, boiled or grilled ½ cup tomato relish 2 strips bacon, cooked, chopped ½ cup French’s Potato Sticks

Directions
Combine roma tomatoes, onion, vinegar, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper together and let sit for 30 minutes before use. Line one half of the split buns with mayonnaise and the other with mashed potatoes (if desired). Top with the hot dogs, then top with tomato relish, chopped bacon and potato sticks, then serve.
