Chocolate Chip Cookie Pinsa

Chocolate Chip Cookie Pinsa

Ingredients

• 1 Turano Pinsa Rustic crust
• 8 oz cream cheese
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted to drizzle

For the streusel topping:
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
• ⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• ⅓ cup granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

Directions

① Preheat oven to 450°F.
② Start by softening the cream cheese – cut the cream cheese into pieces and microwave in 10‑second intervals, stirring between each, until easy to stir.
③ Stir in the sugar and vanilla into the softened cream cheese until smooth.
④ Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the Pinsa crust.
⑤ Sprinkle the larger chocolate chips evenly over the cream cheese spread, pressing them lightly into the surface.
⑥ In a separate bowl, stir together the flour and both sugars (granulated + brown). Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, then use a fork to combine until the mixture forms coarse crumbs (streusel). Do not overmix – you want chunky crumbs, not a paste.
⑦ Sprinkle the streusel evenly over the chocolate‑chip‑topped crust. Then sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top
⑧ Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the streusel turns golden brown and the chocolate chips are melty.
⑨ Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then drizzle with melted chocolate. Slice and serve.
