Classic Italian Sub

Ingredients
Turano French rolls ¼ lb. Boiled Ham ¼ lb. Genoa Salami ¼ lb. Cappacola 1/8 lb or 12 slices of Pepperoni Roasted Red Pepper Quartered Artichoke Hearts Sharp aged Provolone Cheese 2 Tomatoes sliced Italian dressing 1 peeled fresh Garlic clove

Directions
Open rolls and toast or grill for 1-2 min depending on desired toast level. Brush inside of rolls with fresh garlic and spread with dressing. Layer each sandwich with 2 slices of ham folded in half, 4 to 5 slices of Genoa salami folded, 3 slices of Cappacola folded, 3 slices of pepperoni, 2 strips of roasted red pepper, 2 artichoke hearts, 1 oz. provolone cheese, and 2 slices of fresh tomato. Cover with lid to keep warm and serve.
