1 1/2 lb. ground beef 2 1/2 Tbs. bacon jam 1/2 C. chihuahua cheese 1 onion 1 Tbs. BBQ sauce 4 Tbs. mayo 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. hot paprika 8 slices american cheese 4 eggs 1 C. potato sticks Salt & pepper to taste 4 Turano Bread Brioche Buns
Mix ground beef with 2 Tbs. bacon jam and form into 8 equal sized thin patties, set aside. Divide chihuahua cheese into 4 equal parts and top four of the patties, then top the cheese with the other four patties and seal the edges well. Season with salt and pepper. Heat grill to medium high and grill patties for 3-4 minutes undisturbed, add cheese and set aside to rest at least 5 minutes. Prepare sauce by mixing mayo, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, hot paprika, and 1/2 Tbs. bacon jam. Fry eggs in a buttered pan to your liking. Assemble burger starting with bottom bun, spread a little sauce, then add onion, burger patty with cheese, egg, potato sticks and more sauce.
