Diavola Pinsa

Ingredients
• 1 Turano Pinsa Rustica crust
• 1/2 cup tomato sauce
• 8-10 slices fresh mozzarella (low moisture)
• 4–6 slices spicy salami (such as soppressata)
• 1–2 fresh Calabrian chili peppers, chopped
• 1–2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
• Optional: fresh basil for garnish
Directions
① Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C)
② Prepare the crust: Place the Turano Pinsa Rustica crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
③ Add the base: Spread tomato sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges. Add a few spoonfuls of the Calabrian chili peppers.
④ Add cheese and toppings: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce. Layer spicy salami slices on top.
⑤ Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden, the cheese is melted and bubbling, and the edges are slightly crisp.
⑥ Finishing touches: Remove from oven, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
⑦ Slice and serve: Cut into 4–6 slices and enjoy while hot.
