Flammekueche Pinsa

Ingredients
• 1 pack Turano Pinsa Crust
• 1 White Onion, Julienned
• 1 cup Crème Fraiche
• 1 cup Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
• 6 strips Bacon
Directions
① Heat the oven to 450°F
② Thinly slice the bacon into 1” long strips
③ Remove both Pinsa Crusts from the packaging
④ Spread the crème fraiche evenly over both crusts, leaving a slight ½” border
⑤ Top the Pinsa Crust with the julienned white onion, mozzarella, and bacon
⑥ Bake directly on the oven racks 5-7 minutes until the cheese has melted and the Pinsa Crust is crispy on the bottom
