French Toast
• 8 slices toast Turano Rustic Italian bread
• 2 medium organic eggs
• 2/3 cups milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• butter to fry

Frosted Cranberries
• 1 cup fresh cranberries
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup water
• white sugar for covering the cranberries

French Toast
① Cut out the toasted Turano Rustic Italian bread in different sizes of stars. Either with cookie cutters or with a knife.
② In a bowl, mix milk, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon.
③ Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Melt a little butter in the pan.
④ Dip the toast stars completely in the milk and egg mixture. Drain briefly and then place in pan. Fry for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
⑤ Starting with the largest star, arrange a "tree" on a plate. Serve the french toast Christmas tree still warm with a little butter and maple syrup, honey or / and powdered sugar.

Frosted Cranberries
① Bring water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Simmer for approx. 5-8 minutes until the sugar dissolves and it starts to become a syrup consistency. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
② Pour some refined sugar on a plate.
③ Dip the cranberries completely in the sugar water. Drain and then roll in the sugar using a fork. Place on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper. Let dry for at least one hour.
④ The cranberries will keep in an open container for a week.
