French Ham & Cheese Sandwich
Black Bean and Pepper Jack Burger
1/3 cup cornichons 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons chopped tarragon Black pepper 8 ounces sliced deli ham 4 ounces Comté or Gruyère, sliced 1 Turano French Roll
Spread Dijon mustard on French Roll. Top with the ham and cheese, cornichons, and seasonings. Cut into 4 sandwiches.
