Gochujang Butter

Deviled Egg Salad on 100% Whole Grain Bread


1 lb. unsalted butter, softened ½ cup gochujang chile paste (available at Asian markets and in the international aisle of many supermarkets) ¼ cup honey ¼ cup sesame oil Pinch of salt


Add all ingredients to bowl of a food processor and blend until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate. Let soften at room temperature 15-20 minutes before serving.
