Spicy and savory Korean chile gives this compound butter a complex flavor.

1. Add all ingredients to bowl of a food processor and blend until thoroughly combined.

2. Refrigerate. Let soften at room temperature 15-20 minutes before serving.

* 1 lb. unsalted butter, softened
* ½ cup gochujang chile paste (available at Asian markets and in the international aisle of many supermarkets)
* ¼ cup honey
* ¼ cup sesame oil
* Pinch of salt
