6 slices Pane Turano, cut in half, toasted 1/3 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan ½ cup Gorgonzola cheese ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
In a small saucepot, heat the cream over low heat to a simmer. Turn off heat. While cooling, mix in parmesan, gorgonzola, and Worcestershire sauce. Let cool (sauce can also be served warm if desired). Serve with toasted Pane Turano.
