Grilled Hawaiian Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

Grilled Hawaiian Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

Ingredients

• 4 Turano Gourmet Sandwich Rolls
• 1 pineapple
• Your favorite BBQ sauce
• 1 package pork tenderloin

Marinade
• ½ cup pineapple juice
• ⅓ cup olive oil
• ⅓ cup light brown sugar
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• ¼ cup ketchup
• ¼ cup Asian sweet chili sauce
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper

Directions

① Whisk together marinade ingredients until well combined. Pour into a large ziplock bag with the pork tenderloin. Remove excess air and seal tight. Allow to marinade 4-12 hours.
② Cut pineapple into ½ inch rounds, removing the core. Brush each side with olive oil. Heat grill to 400 degrees F when the lid is closed.
③ Start the grill and let it get to 400 degrees. Place the pork tenderloin and pineapple slices directly on the grates and cover. Grill the pork for 3-5 minutes on all 4 sides or until a meat thermometer registers 145-degrees F when inserted into the thickest part of the tenderloin. Allow the pineapple to cook on each side until softened and grill marks have formed.
④ Transfer pork tenderloins to a cutting board. Let pork rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing. While the pork is resting, toast the Gourmet Sandwich Rolls face down on the grill until lightly browned.
⑤ Place the bottom bun, top with bbq sauce, slices of pork tenderloin, more bbq sauce and two slices of pineapple. Enjoy!
