Lowcountry Seafood Roll
Ingredients
Turano Soft Sub Rolls
5 cups chilled seafood
2 cups mayo
Juice of 1 lemon
2 jalapenos minced
1 bell pepper small diced
4 stalks of celery small diced
1 cup chives roughly chopped, save some for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon and Cajun Seasoning for garnish
Directions
We used leftovers from a Lowcountry boil in our sandwiches, including shrimp, lobster, and crab. You can also steam your seafood, or grill/ pan sear to add a nice char!
Toss ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Scoop mixture onto a toasted Turano Soft Sub Roll.
Garnish with chopped chives, lemon, and Cajun seasoning.
