Maple-Glazed Ham & Cheese Brioche Melt

Maple-Glazed Ham & Cheese Brioche Melt

Ingredients

• 8 Turano Brioche Rolls, sliced in half
• 16 slices thick-cut ham (about 1 lb total)
• 16 slices sharp white cheddar cheese
• 4 tsp pure maple syrup (plus extra for drizzling)
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional, for a subtle tang)

Directions

① Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
② Remove Brioche Rolls from packaging, keeping intact.
③ Remove the top of the buns and spread a thin layer of mustard on the insides of each Turano Brioche Roll.
④ Build the sandwich, place 1 slice of cheese on the bottom half of each roll, fold two slices of thick-cut ham over the cheese, drizzle about 1 teaspoon of maple syrup over the ham, and add another slice of cheese on top for maximum meltiness.
⑤ Place the top half of the Brioche Rolls over the filling. Brush melted butter over each roll and sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
⑥ Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden. Enjoy!
