Pesto Prosciutto Grilled Cheese


6 slices Turano Italian Round Bread
3 slices fontina cheese
3 slices medium cheddar cheese
6 tsp. pesto, divided
6 slices prosciutto


Butter each slice of bread. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, then add the bread and allow to brown on one side. Flip, then spread each side with a teaspoon of pesto. Layer one side with fontina cheese and the other with cheddar.

After melted slightly, add the prosciutto to the fontina side. Put the two slices together and let the cheese melt some more. Repeat until all sandwiches are complete, then serve and enjoy!
