3 oz. Provolone cheese (1 solid round piece about ½” to ¾” thick) 2 slices Pane Turano Olive oil Pinch of crushed red pepper Pinch of dried oregano
Preheat oven to 400°F Place provolone in an oven safe round container and bake 7-10 minutes, or until browned and bubbling. While provoleta is cooking, drizzle Pane Turano with olive oil and toast in the oven alongside provoleta, 3-4 minutes. Remove provoleta and bread from the oven. Sprinkle red pepper and oregano on the provoleta. Serve with bread and a spoon.
