Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese Rolls

Ingredients

• 1 pack (8 rolls) Turano Brioche Rolls
• 4-6 cups pre-cooked pulled pork
• ½ cup BBQ sauce
• 2 cups mac & cheese (store-bought or homemade)
• 1 cup crispy fried onions
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp Poppy seeds


Directions

① Preheat oven 375°F (190°C)
② Remove the rolls from the bag, keeping the 4 rolls intact. Separate the tops and bottoms from each grouping of 4. keeping the bottoms connected in a single cluster.
③ Place the bottom halves of the Brioche Rolls (8 total) on a baking sheet and lightly toast in the oven.
④ Remove from the oven and place the pulled pork evenly over the bottom halves. Drizzle your favorite BBQ sauce on top, then add the mac & cheese over the pulled pork. Drizzle with more BBQ sauce.
⑤ Finish by sprinkling crispy fried onions on top, then place the top halves of the Brioche Rolls.
⑥ Mix melted butter with minced garlic and poppy seeds and brush generously over the tops of the rolls.
⑦ Bake 10 minutes or until tops are golden and slightly crispy.
⑧ Serve straight from the pan, cut or pull apart and enjoy!
