Pumpkin Grilled Cheese


• 4 Pane Turano Slices
• 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
• 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar
• 3 fresh sage leaves, thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
• Salt & pepper


① In a large bowl, stir together the pumpkin and mustard; season with salt and pepper.

② Next spread the pumpkin mixture on 2 slices of Pane Turano, topping it with cheese and thinly chopped sage.

③ Cover the remaining bread and brush both sides with butter. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook the sandwich on both sides until golden brown for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
