Queso Asado Melt

Queso Asado Melt


4 oz. Mexican chorizo
½ can Black beans, strained
4 slices Pane Turano
3 oz. Chihuahua cheese, shredded
3 oz. pepper jack cheese, shredded
2 tbl butter, softened


Heat skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Add chorizo to the pan and break up with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden. Add in black beans, stir to combine and cook 1 more minute. Reduce heat to medium.
Melt butter in the skillet and then add slices of Pane Turano.
Layer the slices the cheeses and the chorizo and bean mixture. Grill for 3-4 minutes
Combine slices to make sandwiches and serve.
