Reuben Sandwich with Vienna Beef


• 2 slices of Rustic Rye
• 4 ounces of Vienna corned beef
• 4 ounces lb of sauerkraut
• 1 tbsp of butter
• 2 tbsp of Thousand Island dressing
• 1 pickle spear


① Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
② Toast 2 slices of Rustic Rye. Spread butter and thousand island dressing on each slice. Next add 4 ounces of corned beef (or 7-8 slices), sauerkraut, and 4 slices of Swiss cheese.
③ Broil for 5 minutes in the oven. Press sandwich together and serve!
