Sausage, Veggie & Giardiniera Pinsa

Ingredients

• 1 pack Turano Pinsa Crust
• ½ lb Italian Sausage
• 2-3 Mushrooms, Sliced
• ¼ cup White Onion, Diced
• ¼ cup Green Pepper, Diced
• ½ cup Pizza Sauce
• 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• ½ cup Giardiniera (Hot or Mild)


Directions

① Heat the oven to 450°F
② If the sausage is in a casing, remove from the casing
③ Cook the sausage in a pan, using a spoon to break the sausage into bite sized chunks
④ Remove once cooked and allow to drain on a paper towel lined plate
⑤ Remove both Pinsa Crusts from the packaging
⑥ Spread the pizza sauce evenly over both crusts, leaving a slight ½” border
⑦ Top the Pinsa Crust with the mozzarella cheese, cooked sausage, mushrooms, diced onion, diced green peppers, and giardiniera
⑧ Bake directly on the oven racks for 5-7 minutes until the cheese has melted and the Pinsa Crust is crispy on the bottom
