Smashed Brioche Grilled Cheese


• 1 Brioche Roll
• 1 Muenster Cheese
• 1 PepperJack Cheese
• 1 Cheddar Cheese
• 2 Salami Slices


① Place the ingredients on the Brioche Roll. Make sure to put the Salami slices in the middle of the sandwich. This will help keep the salami in place and will allow the cheese to hold the grilled cheese better.
② In a medium-sized pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter, place the sandwich on the pan, and place a heavy object on top. We used a cast-iron skillet but feel free to use any method you’d like.
③ Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side and enjoy!
