Vegan Burger on Turano Brioche Rolls

Ingredients
• 4 Brioche Rolls
For the Burger:
• 2 Tbsp of Avocado Oil
• 3 Tbsp of Flaxseeds, soaked in hot water
• 2 Garlic Cloves
• 1 Package of Sunflower Mince
• 1/2 Cup of Vegetable Broth
• 1/2 Rolled Oats
• 1 Can of Black Beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 Tbsp of Tomato Paste
• 1 Tbsp of Cumin Powder
• 1 Tbsp of Smoked Paprika
• 1/2 tsp of Salt
• 1/2 tsp Pepper
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• Optional: Sliced, Lettuce, Onions, Cucumbers, Tomatoes
For the Sauce:
• 1/4 Cup of Vegan Mayo
• 3 Tbsp of Ketchup
Directions
① Heat 1 Tbsp of avocado oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add, the finely chopped onions and sauté for 4 minutes. Add in the garlic and cook for an additional minute and set aside.
② Crush or ground the flaxseeds in a blender. Then cover with hot water and set aside. Also, blend the oats in a blender or food processor and turn them into flour.
③ Place the soy protein in a bowl and pour the vegetable broth over and stir.
④ Add the oats, beans, sunflower mix, flax seeds, onions mix, tomato paste, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into the food processor and pulse a few times into a dough. Remember to not overdo it or it will puree.
⑤ Form the mixture into 4 vegan patties about 1 inch thick and set aside.
⑥ Heat the skillet to medium-high, add the avocado oil, and cook the patties until browned on each side, approximately 4-5 minutes.
