Whipped Holiday Feta Dip


• 1 Turano Pane Rustico Rustic Baguette
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 8 oz feta cheese block
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp honey
• A pinch of salt
• Toppings: pomegranate seeds, chopped rosemary, chopped pecans, additional honey drizzle


① Preheat oven to 400 degrees, then to a blender or food processor, add in 4 oz. softened cream cheese, 8 oz. feta cheese block, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 2 Tbsp. honey, and a pinch of salt. Blend that until smooth and creamy.
② Cut the baguette into 1/2 inch rounds, place on a foil lined cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Put into the preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
③ While the bread is in the oven, transfer the whipped feta to a plate. Smooth the dip out, and top with pomegranate seeds, chopped rosemary, chopped pecans and more honey.
④ Remove the bread from the oven, arrange on a serving platter and enjoy!
