Bratwurst with Caramelized Onions and Sauerkraut
Ingredients
• Turano Gourmet Brat Rolls
• 6 Bratwurst
• Sauerkraut
• Yellow mustard
• Yellow onion
• Butter
• Salt
• Pepper
Directions
① Grilled the brats 5 or more minutes on each side for a good sear
② Placed sliced yellow onions in a cast iron on the grill with salt, pepper and butter
③ Let them soften and get a little char
④ First put the brat in the bun, then top with caramelized onions, sauerkraut and then yellow mustard
