Breaded Pork Loin Sandwich on Brioche


• 4 Turano Brioche Buns
• 4-3 oz. pork chops, pounded 1/8” thick
• Flour, to coat
• 1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp. water
• 1 cup Turano Seasoned breadcrumbs
• Vegetable oil, for frying
• ½ cup Iceberg lettuce, shredded
• 1 tomato, sliced
• 12-16 pickle slices
• Mayo, to taste


① Coat a piece of pork completely with a thin layer of flour. Dip the pork into the egg mixture, shaking off any excess.
② Press pork into the bread crumbs, coating completely. Repeat this process with remaining slices of pork.
③ Preheat ¼” oil in a large skillet over medium heat until about 350*F. Fry pork 2 minutes on each side.
④ Serve on Turano Brioche Buns with pickles, tomato, lettuce and mayo.
