Breaded Pork Loin Sandwich on Brioche

Ingredients
4-3 oz. pork chops, pounded 1/8” thick Flour, to coat 1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp. water 1 cup Turano Seasoned breadcrumbs Vegetable oil, for frying 4 Turano Brioche Buns ½ cup Iceberg lettuce, shredded 1 tomato, sliced 12-16 pickle slices Mayo, to taste

Directions
Coat a piece of pork completely with a thin layer of flour. Dip the pork into the egg mixture, shaking off any excess. Press pork into the bread crumbs, coating completely. Repeat this process with remaining slices of pork. Preheat ¼” oil in a large skillet over medium heat until about 350*F Fry pork 2 minutes on each side. Serve on Turano Brioche Buns with pickles, tomato, lettuce and mayo.
