Breakfast Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
4 slices of Pane Turano 1 tbs olive oil 4 breakfast sausages 4 eggs 2 tbs milk 1/4 cup chopped green onion salt and pepper to taste 2 tbs butter 1 avocado 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar

Directions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. stir in the sausage and cook 3-5 minutes, until browned drain the fat and clean the skillet whisk the eggs and milk together, then add to the pan. Salt and pepper to taste, and cook until they begin to set. Remove from skillet and clean. Mash the avocado and spread evenly among two sandwiches, top with sausage and eggs, add cheese, and top with remaining slices. Return the skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once melted, add the sandwich and cook about 2 minutes on each side, or until the cheese has melted and the bread is brown. Serve immediately
