Brussel Sprouts Grilled Cheese

Philly Cheesesteaks with Red Onion and Fontina


1/2 pound brussels sprouts, chopped 2 table spoons olive oil 1-2 cloves of garlic salt and pepper balsamic vinaigrette 12 ounces of baby swiss cheese 8 slices of Turano 100% whole grain bread butter for spreading


Add olive oil to large skillet, and place over medium heat Place shredded brussels sprouts in skillet, along with garlic Salt and Pepper to taste Cook for 5-6 minutes (or until sprouts are wilted and golden) Remove from heat and place in bowl Begin to Assemble the sandwich - grab a slice of Turano Italian bread, place a layer of cheese, sprouts, a drizzle of balsamic, more cheese, and then last slice on top butter the outsides of the bread, and return to the skillet Return Skillet to medium heat Cook until each side is golden and crisp, and cheese has melted
