Calabrese Pimento Cheese Spread
Lobster Grilled Cheese
1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded ½ cup grated parmesan 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature ¼ cup mayonnaise ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon onion powder ¼ cup chopped calabrese chiles with oil (found in jars in Italian markets)
In the bowl of a food processor, combine cheeses, mayo, garlic and onion powder. Spin until thoroughly combined. Mix in chilies and pulse until just folded in. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
