Chop Shop Famous Porchetta Sandwich

A special direct from the butcher and owner of Chop Shop in Wicker Park (Chicago, IL), this sandwich has a special twist on an Italian classic. You can watch the video tutorial on making this sandwich here:

1. Slice porchetta into thin or thick slices depending on preference.

2. Place porchetta slices into Turano French Rolls.

3. Top with asiago cheese.

4. Lay over oranges, giardiniera, and arugula.

5. Serve!

* Porchetta (purchase from your local butcher or deli)
* 2 slices of imported Asiago Cheese
* 1 Finely diced orange
* 1 topping of fresh arugula
* 2 slices of tomatos
* 2 tablespoons Hot giardiniera
