2 Turano Soft Sub rolls, sliced 4 oz. smoked ham 4 oz. roasted pork loin, sliced 4 slices Swiss cheese 12 dill pickle chips Yellow mustard, to taste 1 tbl. butter, melted
Preheat panini press or a griddle (medium heat). Layer all ingredients, besides butter, on sub rolls. Brush butter over the top and bottom of each roll, then place on panini press and grill for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is crisp. If using a skillet/griddle, place sandwich on preheated surface and press down firmly with the back of a spatula.
