Classic Italian Hoagie


• Turano Pane Rustico or Turano French Rolls
• ¼ lb. boiled ham, thinly sliced
• ¼ lb. capicola, thinly sliced
• ¼ lb. provolone cheese, thinly sliced
• ¼ lb. Genoa salami, thinly sliced
• 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
• 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
• 1 white onion, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp. olive oil, divided
• 4 tsp. red wine vinegar, divided
• Salt, pepper, Italian oregano
• Hot and/or sweet peppers (if desired)


• Slice the rolls horizontally, but be careful not to cut all the way through.
• Open up the rolls and layer ham, capicola, provolone cheese, and Genoa salami (about 4 slices of each).
• Top with lettuce, tomato slices, onion, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, and peppers if using. Enjoy!
