Corned Beef and Cabbage Sandwich



Ingredients
1/3 cup of light mayonnaise
1 tbl. balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tbl. spicy brown mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cup of shredded cabbage
1 lb. cooked corned beef
Turano Light Rye Bread
Directions
In a bowl, mix mayo, vinegar, celery seed, salt and pepper until well blended.
Stir in the cabbage until mixed together.
Spoon mixture over the bottom slice of Turano Light Rye Bread.
Place corned beef on top, followed by last slice of rye bread.
(Optional) - heat up skillet on medium and brown both sides for 1-2 minutes if desired.
