Corned Beef and Cabbage Sandwich


• Turano Rustic Rye
• 1 lb. Vienna Corned Beef
• 1/3 cup of light mayonnaise
• 1 tbl. balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 tsp. celery seed
• 1/2 tbl. spicy brown mustard
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 1/2 cup of shredded cabbage


• In a bowl, mix mayo, vinegar, celery seed, salt, and pepper until well blended.
• Stir in the cabbage until mixed together.
• Spoon mixture over the bottom slice of Turano Light Rye Bread.
• Place corned beef on top, followed by last slice of rye bread.
• (Optional) - heat up skillet on medium and brown both sides for 1-2 minutes if desired.
